Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms in order to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the Service only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Glavios application on devices you own or control, solely for your own personal, non-commercial use.

You may not copy, modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, sublicense, rent, lease, sell, or otherwise distribute the application or any part of it.

The Service processes your photos and text prompts through third-party AI providers — Replicate, Inc., OpenAI, Inc., and Anthropic, PBC — in order to generate redesign concepts.

AI-generated results are produced automatically and may be inaccurate, unexpected, incomplete, or unsuitable. They are provided for inspiration and planning only and are not architectural, structural, safety, or cost advice.

We disclaim all liability for the quality, accuracy, suitability, or legality of generated content, and for any decision you make in reliance on it.

You retain ownership of the photos and prompts you submit. By submitting them, you grant us the rights necessary to process them in order to provide the Service.

You warrant that you own or have all necessary rights to the content you submit, that submitting it does not violate any law, and that it does not infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party.

You may not use the Service to create or distribute content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, harassing, sexually explicit, deceptive, or otherwise objectionable.

You may not attempt to disrupt, overload, probe, or circumvent the technical limits or security of the Service.

Paid features are sold as subscriptions or credits and are billed through the App Store or Google Play, depending on your platform. We do not process payments directly.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You manage and cancel subscriptions through your app store account settings, not through us.

Refunds are governed by the policies of the applicable app store.

The Glavios application, its name, branding, design, and underlying software are owned by UnknownHorizons s.r.o. and are protected by intellectual property law. These Terms grant you no rights in our trademarks or brand assets.

The Service depends on Replicate, Inc. and OpenAI, Inc. for AI image generation, on Anthropic, PBC for AI prompt and image interpretation, on DigitalOcean, LLC for hosting, and on the App Store and Google Play for distribution and payment processing. Their availability, performance, and terms are outside our control, and we are not responsible for them.

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will meet your expectations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim or USD 50.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of the content you submit, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or of any law or third-party right.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause and without prior notice. You may stop using the Service at any time.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification — will survive.

We may modify these Terms at any time. The current version is always available on this page. Your continued use of the Service after a change signals your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to conflict of law principles. The courts of the Czech Republic have jurisdiction, save for any mandatory consumer protections available to you in your country of residence.
