Privacy Policy

Photos you submit for redesign. When you take or upload a picture of a room, that image is transmitted for processing so a redesign can be generated.

Text prompts and style selections. Any style, preference, or instruction you choose is processed together with your photo.

Device data. We may collect device model, operating system version, language, and similar technical information.

App usage analytics. We collect aggregate information about which features are used and how often, in order to understand and improve the Service.

Subscription information. We receive confirmation of purchases, entitlements, and credit balances from the app stores.

Crash reports. We collect diagnostic data when the app fails, so we can fix defects.

Photos of interiors may incidentally contain people. Any such photo is treated solely as an ordinary image file. We do not collect biometric or facial-recognition data.

Glavios performs no facial analysis of any kind. Glavios does not collect, extract, generate, or store biometric face data.

If a person happens to appear in a photo you submit, that photo is treated purely as a regular image file — it is never analysed to derive biometric or identity information.

We use the information described above to generate your redesign images, to improve and maintain the Service, to secure the Service against abuse, to analyse usage in aggregate, and to manage subscriptions and credits.

To generate a redesign, your photo and prompt are transmitted to Replicate, Inc., which runs OpenAI, Inc. image-generation models on our behalf.

Your photo and prompt may also be processed by Anthropic, PBC (Claude models) to interpret the room and your style instructions and to construct the generation prompt.

Our servers, hosted with DigitalOcean, LLC, act as a pass-through for this request. They do not retain your photos or your prompts.

Generated images are delivered to your device and are stored only on your device unless you choose to share them yourself.

Your photos and prompts are never stored on our servers.

The only data that persists is account metadata: an installation identifier, your credit balance, and an audit record of generations performed. This metadata is retained for as long as it is needed to operate the Service and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.

The Service relies on the following providers: Replicate, Inc. and OpenAI, Inc. for AI image generation; Anthropic, PBC for AI prompt and image interpretation; DigitalOcean, LLC for server hosting; Google LLC and Apple Inc. for app distribution and payment processing; and analytics providers for aggregate usage measurement.

These providers operate under their own privacy policies and terms. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, security measures, or availability. We encourage you to review the policies of the providers relevant to your platform.

All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store or by Google through Google Play, depending on your platform.

We do not collect, receive, or store payment card information.

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for any damages arising from your use of the Service.

You are responsible for the content you submit. You must ensure that your content does not violate any law, does not infringe the rights of any third party, and does not contain harmful, abusive, or otherwise prohibited material.

The Service is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time, without prior notice. The current version is always available on this page. Your continued use of the Service after an update signals your acceptance of the revised policy.
